DOT FRAGRANCES WEEKLY WIN COMPETITIONS
Terms and Conditions

  1. The DOT Fragrances QR Code Weekly Win Competitions (“the Competition”) runs from the launch date for an indefinite period.
  2. The Competition is run by Savara Beauty (Pty) Ltd trading as DOT Fragrances (“the Organiser”).
  3. By participating in the Competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
  4. By entering the Competition, the entrant (“you” / “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which will be interpreted by DOT Fragrances at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions taken by DOT Fragrances during the Competition or in respect of any dispute shall be final and binding on you. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may, at the Organiser’s absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any prize.
  5. The Competition consists of two (2) separate weekly draws:
    1. Agent Purchase Incentive Draw
    2. Scan Bottle & Win Draw
  6. Entry is free and open to all South African residents.
  7. Entry is open to individual entrants in South Africa only – group and company entries are not permitted.
  8. Weekly draws will run from Monday to Sunday. Winners will be selected every Monday and contacted within two (2) business days thereafter.
  9. Agent Purchase Incentive Draw – How to Enter:
    1. Purchase DOT Fragrances stock during the campaign period.
    2. Scan the QR code displayed on the delivery note.
    3. You will be automatically entered into that weeks’ draw.
    4. One (1) entry is permitted per qualifying purchase
  10. Scan Bottle & Win Draw – How to Enter:
    1. Scan the QR code displayed on participating DOT Fragrances bottles.
    2. Follow the QR code link to the official DOT Fragrances competition entry page.
    3. Complete the online entry form by providing your full name, mobile number and correctly answering the competition question displayed on the entry page.
    4. Submit the completed entry form to be entered into the competition draw.
    5. One (1) entry per participant per week is permitted.
  11. Prize Details:
    1. One (1) winner will be selected for each weekly draw.
    2. The weekly prize for each draw consists of R1 800 worth of DOT Fragrances products.
    3. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
    4. Prizes will be delivered to winners via courier to the delivery address provided by the winner.
    5. Winners may be required to provide a copy of their South African ID document or Passport and confirm their delivery address to claim the prize.
    6. DOT Fragrances will not be held responsible for any prize received by another person on behalf of the winner at the confirmed delivery address.
  12. Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted by the Organiser at the end of each weekly draw period.
  13. Winners will be contacted telephonically within two (2) business days of the applicable draw date. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the winner over a 48-hour period. Should the selected winner not be reachable, an alternate winner may be selected.
  14. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all winners and entrants.
  15. The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name and/or photographs for promotional purposes related to the Competition without additional compensation.
  17. DOT Fragrances reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value should circumstances beyond its control require such substitution.
  18. The Organiser, its directors, employees, agents, consultants, affiliates and promotional partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize.
  19. DOT Fragrances reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  20. Any participant found to be acting fraudulently or dishonestly may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
  21. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Savara Beauty (Pty) Ltd trading as DOT Fragrances. Entrants may opt out of such communications at any time.
  22. Errors and omissions excepted.
  23. Standard data charges may apply when accessing the competition entry page. Participants are responsible for any data costs incurred.
